When we meet with you to discuss your event, we’ll talk about the parts of your wedding that are most important to you. We can even help you write your vows to ensure that your heartfelt message is articulated in a way that perfectly represents the love you have for your soon-to-be spouse.

What’s included with your Wedding Planning Package?
You get a planner who can carry the whole thing from “where do we start?” to the last guest leaving. That means clear guidance up front, steady communication as decisions get made, and a planning process that keeps you organized without living in spreadsheets. We’ll help you build a solid vendor team, keep the budget and contracts from getting messy, and make sure all the moving parts line up into a plan that actually works.
As the wedding gets closer, the focus shifts to execution: a clean timeline, a final walkthrough, and making sure everyone involved knows where to be and when. On the wedding day, we’re onsite handling vendor coordination, décor setup, and problem-solving in real time, so you and your people can stay present. And as a bonus, officiant services with a custom ceremony script are included.
How We Help
Down
Payment
For Planning and Coordination Services, 50% of the total price is required for the down payment. The balance is due 60 Days from the ceremony date. We have contracts with each couple for your peace of mind and protection.

Our Planning Services start at $5,500.00 and always include Coordination and Officiant Services. You receive access to our Online Planning System, planning guidelines, Vendor recommendations and much more!
