Joanna and Avery tied the knot on October 19, 2024, in a vibrant fall celebration at Jameson Camp. Their wedding was a unique reflection of their personalities, filled with personal touches, delicious food, and a whole lot of love, support and dancing!

By removing barriers to these enriching experiences, Jameson Camp empowers young people to grow and develop amidst the beauty of the Midwest. Another amazing thing about Jameson camp and the reason that they chose it for their day is that a portion of the proceeds goes towards scholarships for children. Giving back is a huge part of Joanna and Avery’s life, so choosing Jameson was an easy decision!
Why Jameson Camp?
What makes them a great choice for weddings? They have cabins that couples can rent for the weekend for guests, bridal party members so everyone is on site for events leading up to the big day!

They are located in Indianapolis, just slightly West of downtown, and an easy commute! Want a bonfire that night for your Smores Bar? They have you covered! From Tables and chairs to a large catering kitchen with walk-in refrigerators, prep areas, working Fireplace in the reception hall, Jameson Camp checks all the boxes!
The Setting
Ceremony
The ceremony took place in the Hammock Garden, surrounded by the stunning fall foliage of Jameson Camp’s wooded area. The vibrant colors of the trees provided a picturesque backdrop for Joanna and Avery’s vows.
A Piece of Art, A Piece of Their Love
They included a Unity Glass Ceremony, which is a beautiful way to represent their separate lives being joined together. The couple each had a jar of crushed glass pieces, and they poured those pieces into an empty vessel. That glass will be sent off and a beautiful piece will made by a Glass Blower Artist. It will be displayed in their home and each time they pass it, they will be reminded of their wedding day and the love and support that surrounded them.

The ceremony was officiated by a friend and pastor who captured Joanna and Avery’s relationship, and their ceremony was a beautiful representation of their journey into Marriage.

Non-Stop Party with DJ Sound Solution
Once inside the guests were greeted by great Music provided by Jason Carpenter of DJ Sound Solution. Jason kept the energy high, and the dance floor packed all night long, playing a mix of the couple’s favorite music.
His seamless transitions and ability to read the crowd created a fun and celebratory atmosphere that had guests dancing and celebrating with the couple for hours. A GREAT DJ is a must for weddings! And Jason brings it every time!

Molly’s Sociable Sweets’ cupcakes were so realistic, that guests mistook them for flowers! They added a whimsical touch and were absolutely delicious. Her creativity and talent are astounding, making her our top recommendation!
Paws & Love:
A Beautiful Gesture for Adoptable Pets
JoAnna & Avery chose to create table numbers that included pictures of available pets that are up for adoption at the Hamilton County Humane Society and the Hendricks County Animal Shelter. Their passion and love for animals and their desire to help and give back to the communities was such a beautiful gesture. Remember, when looking to add a fur member to your family, always choose adoption. There are so many loveable pets out there looking for FUR-EVER homes.
Poured To Perfection
Poured to Perfection provided Bartending services and kept the drinks flowing! The Bartender Keena was a Breath of fresh air! Keena wasn’t just serving drinks; she was serving personality! With her infectious smile and quick wit, she had everyone feeling like they were catching up with an old friend. Keena’s professionalism was top-notch, but it was her genuine love for what she does and fun-loving spirit that truly made everyone feel so welcomed!
Robin was a little worker bee and also part of the Poured to Perfection team! She was there to help keep tables cleared and assist guests in any way! Michelle Bantle, who is the owner of PTP, knows how to pick amazing people to be on her team and she wants every client to feel completely supported, heard and ensures that her team provides the best possible Service!
Condado Tacos
Condado Taco’s served up a mouthwatering taco bar that was a hit with everyone. They also provided appetizers during cocktail hour that had everyone craving that taco bar to come! Their quick response to emails, phone calls, and their customer service were IMPRESSIVE! And the food Was STELLAR! Zach, Dana, and Isiah from Condado are an incredible team who truly value a client’s trust.
They knocked it out of the PARK that day and we also will be adding them to our Preferred Vendor list! Who Doesn’t Love TACOS??? (And I don’t trust anyone who doesn’t! LOL)!

Violet Vintage Rentals:
They delivered 2 beautiful sofas that day. One was used in front of the Backdrop at the Photo booth and the other was a small, 2 seater used for Joanna and Avery’s Sweet Heart Table. They were the perfect pieces to be added in and complimented their décor and style! We highly recommend them for rental needs for your wedding or event!
Rogue Images
Rogue Images once again captured another perfect day! Cody, the photographer, never fails to impress me with his creativity and eye for something unique and different! His images always capture the couple and the day, and he pulls out a story that is unique to each client through his lens.
I love when we can connect with a photographer who has the same goal in mind…to give each couple the best possible day and experience. He knew the Mission and executed it Flawlessly! I cannot wait to see the images captured from their day!
A Classic Party Rental
A Classic Party Rental of Indianapolis delivered Chairs for the ceremony site in the Hammock Garden. We have worked with them for many years and their customer service, support and wide array of services make them a go-to for wedding rental needs!

Alex Wennen and Olivia Rodriguez, were once again incredible talents to work with! They made every woman, specifically Joanna, feel comfortable and in control of what they wanted and pulled each lady’s unique style to the surface. I am in awe of HAMU artists. And these ladies are truly talented artists.

From the customized ceremony to the lively reception, Joanna and Avery’s wedding was a true celebration of their love and commitment. As their wedding planner/coordinator, it was a joy to work with them for the past year to bring their vision to life.
Congratulations to the happy couple and thank you to all the amazing vendors on that day. It’s a team collaboration and their day was simply Gorgeous!
