You have the date set, Now onto the PLANNING! But don’t do it alone. Don’t venture into the World of Wedding Planning/Coordination without someone who is experienced and has your back. We have an experienced team who can make this process so much easier and FUN! YES! FUN! We offer many different packages for Wedding Day Management, Day of Coordination, Planning. We have 5 Different Tiers to meet your needs.
Our goal is to take all the day of stress, worry, set up, and WORK off of your shoulders and on to ours. We start working for you the day the contract is signed. Whether your wedding is 3 months away or 2 years away we begin working for you as soon as possible to ensure nothing is missed.
We are first on-site that day. We can do a decor setup as well. We contact and work with all your vendors, create a timeline, attend meetings at the Venue and with Vendors, attend and run the Rehearsal. We are the point of contact for your wedding so that you can WAKE UP, GET PAMPERED AND GET MARRIED!
No matter how big or how small your wedding is, our team is there to ensure everything is running smoothly and on time for the most important day of your life!
How We Help
Simplistic
Planning
Each bride is unique and many come to us with a lot of the work already done. We have many different options to fit your needs. Planning packages start at $1500 and go up to $4000.00. All Planning Packages receive Day of coordination services as well as Free Officiant services.
Day Of
Coordination
We have Full day Management, Partial Day management, and basic. They ALL get the same attention to detail with the only difference being how long you need us to stay that evening. All packages receive free Officiant services!
Down
Payment
We only require a $500 deposit and the remainder is not due until 2 weeks prior to the event. We also can set up payment plans for any amount you like at any time you want to make a payment.
